Campaign for Conscience has been established at UC Irvine to promote peacebuilding through commpassionate action. Through practices of equanimity (compassion without limits), we aim to inspire a sense of local-global responsibility and ethical action in the UCI community.
The organization was established in Fall 2007 and is one outgrowth of The XIV Dalai Lama Endowed Scholarship at the Univeristy of California, Irvine.
"True compassion is universal in scope... and is accompanied by a feeling of responsibility." —His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama

Thank You Everyone!
The UCI Peace Flag Project was a tremendous success thanks to the work of so many committed and enthusiastic people from the campus and community. Your work really made a difference in helping to raise awareness of much of the suffering happening around the world today, and in helping to spark discussions all over the community about how peace can best be achieved.
Be a Part of CFC
Campaign for Conscience will continue its mission of engaging the UCI community and raising awareness about local-global issues. Do you have any suggestions for next year? Would you like to be involved? Email us.
